Thomas J. Biglin, Jr., MA, MT-BC, works as a music therapist with the palliative care team in the Department of Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He received his master’s degree in music therapy from New York University and his bachelor’s from the University of Pennsylvania. Tom co-authored a chapter in the book, Music and Medicine: Integrative Models in the Treatment of Pain, published by Satchnote Press in affiliation with The Louis Armstrong Department of Music Therapy at the Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan.
