Jason Jedrusiak, CYT
Jason Jedrusiak, CYT, has been leading Laughter Yoga in the Boston area since 2010. He’s spread the laughter to local organizations and institutions, including Harvard University, the Boston Children's Museum, and NUPath, where he has laughed with people living with developmental, autism spectrum, and acquired brain injury conditions. Jason found Laughter Yoga through his training as a yoga teacher and meditation guide, his work as a local improv comedian, and through therapeutic clowning akin to one of his mentors, Dr. Patch Adams. He also directs Laughing Matters, a nonprofit that brings laughter and improv comedy to retirement homes, rehabilitation centers, homeless shelters, and places in need of the healing effects of laughter.
