Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

ROOM 801

Mindfulness is considered a core concept to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an offspring of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. By implementing core mindfulness skills for at-risk youth, clinicians can creatively cultivate attention and intention and guide individuals towards positive change.
