Cultivating Lovingkindness and Compassion: Benefits for Expressive Therapists

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

ROOM 705

In this workshop, participants are invited to explore expressive arts approaches that can promote lovingkindness toward self and others. There are no potential risks or prerequisites, just the willingness to combat burnout and enhance your daily life at home and in the office.
