Introduction to Laughter Yoga

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

ROOM 802

In this brief introductory session, we’ll blend yoga breathing with laughter exercises that create community, inspire playfulness, and can be paired with any of the forms of creative arts therapies. Join us during the lunch break to experience a fun form of yoga — no poses, mats, outfits (or sense of humor) necessary.

NOTE: CE credits not available for this session
