Interpersonal Mindfulness & Action Methods in Group Process

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Mindfulness is the anchor to both developing an awareness of self and others, making it a powerful intervention in group process. In this daylong Master Class, participants will learn the theory and practice of mindfulness and a variety of strategies for use in group work. Participants will experience how to use compassion and forgiveness practices to reshape perceptions, psychodrama action methods to increase possibilities for shifting and exploring roles, and sociometry to encourage empathy. Participants, by integrating these strategies with mindfulness, will gain new tools for facilitating interpersonal connections in the group setting. Join us in a day of learning and reflection.
