ROOM 701

When attachment is compromised, play and drama therapies can be valuable tools for assisting clients in mobilizing internal resources and finding ways for them to shift their emotional experiences. This half-day experiential workshop will introduce participants to how play therapy and drama therapy, when used in tandem, can be used effectively to work with a client's physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual issues. Discussion will focus on ways play and drama approaches can enhance attunement, engagement, and nurturing, allowing relationships to be perceived anew.
