Therapy, Artmaking & Yoga: A Breathtaking Convergence

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

ROOM 705

Through this experiential workshop, participants will explore the convergence between art, yoga, and therapy. By engaging with integrative exercises, participants will learn how the eight limbs of yoga — including morality, observation, body postures, breath, self-control, focus, meditation, and unity — correspond with art therapy practice.  Through the examination of clinical work, relevant research, and reflective peer dialogue, participants will learn how to integrate therapeutic art and yoga techniques for use with clients of all ages and abilities.
