A joyful program that is suitable for people of all ages and abilities, Conductorcise promotes both physical fitness and emotional well-being. This experiential workshop will introduce Conductorcise, an alternative exercise program that harnesses the art of conducting to create physical motion and brain stimulation simultaneously through symphonic music.  By participating firsthand in the Conductorcise experience, participants will learn how it stimulates the mind, body, and soul.  No prior musical knowledge or talent is required. Just grab a baton and join in!

David Dworkin, MM

David Dworkin is a graduate of the Juilliard School of Music and Columbia University. A professional clarinetist and conductor for over 55 years, David performed with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra.
